Getting Started is easy!
First…
We consult with your organization to assess needs, determine agreed-upon return on expectation for the training, and customize both classroom and post class experiences to meet those needs.
Then…
Participants attend targeted, immersive, culture- enhancing 3-day training courses to grow their skills.
After they complete the courses…
We work toward helping them sustain the use of skills learned through six months of weekly communication with each participant focusing on results from skills implemented, help needed to implement new tools, and assistance overcoming any challenges to working with their new set of skills.
During that time…
We communicate with the participant’s manager to determine how the skills are helping the overall organization to prosper. Additionally, we brief corporate leaders once a month regarding ongoing post-class evaluation to ensure they are getting their anticipated return on expectation.
